During late 1990's we used to spend hours playing this game, my brothers and i were in craze of this game. Missing those lovely days.
I once own a Windows 98 PC when I was maybe around kindergarten or early elementary school days. I realize I think in that computer has tons of cool Windows/DOS games. Prince of Persia 2, Jazz Jackrabbit 2, Raptor, Mortal Kombat, maybe some more. And one particular game. A top-down view car games with green background where you collect some items while avoiding another car. It has power ups like gas, speed, coin. I don't know what the game title was. Well maybe I do, but I was a very young kid back then. A 5 or 6 years old me. Up until now I don't know clearly what the game is. Now its a graduate student me, in my 24 years old. I have almost figured out my old time Windows/DOS games in recent period, EXCEPT THIS GAME. I just finished my homework at midnight and my retro mind said "Hey, you remember that game?". And here I am, 3:48 AM, googling "top-down view old racing game dos". I've been searching all corner but, no, not exactly it. The closest answer that you might found is Namco's Rally-X. Well to be honest, it has the same graphic. SAME CONCEPT for crying out loud. But, its just not it. I know, Its not that game. I'm almost given up to Rally-X as the final answer, but no, that retro brain keep saying "No, idiot. Does it has the fuel power up? Rally-X doesn't have that. And it doesn't has that stupid song. No sleep until you found it." So when I found out I couldn't do it in Google, maybe Youtube might help. So yeah, my keywords turn into "Rally-X clones pc
